One Pot White Chicken Pasta

One Pot White Chicken Pasta is a mouthwatering dish which is perfect to serve as breakfast or dinner. It is a basic pasta recipe of Italian cuisine which is very famous in all over the world.This is very amazing in taste and it contains a lot of health benefiting nutrients. It contains a high protein quantity as we use here milk and chicken too. It is a quick and easy recipe, so now you can easily prepare restaurant style One Pot White Chicken Pasta at your home. Now a days, people are very busy and they don't have enough time to cook. Even when you don't have enough time,you can make this pasta as your one pot meal. Everyone loves white cheesy pasta, specially children love it very much. Lets try this recipe.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes

Cooking Time       :  20 minutes

Serves                    :  2 people



Ingredients

  • Butter :1 tablespoon
  • Garlic crushed : 2-3 cloves
  • All purpose flour : 1 tablespoon
  • Boneless chicken cubes : 250 grams
  • Chilli flakes : 1.5 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano : 1 tablespoon
  • Cow Milk : 1.5 cup
  • Raw Italian pasta : 1.5 cup
  • Black pepper powder : 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped spring onion : 1 handful
  • Grated Cheese : 2 tablespoon
  • For Garnishing Chopped spring onion : 1 tablespoon

How to Make:

  1. Take a wok, add butter and melt it.
  2. Add crushed garlic and saute it until its raw flavour is gone.
  3. Now add all purpose flour in it and saute it 1-2 minutes.
  4. After that add chicken cubes.
  5. Season with some salt, dried oregano and chilli flakes.
  6. Stir the chicken properly.
  7. Add milk and uncooked pasta in it one by one.
  8. Season with black pepper powder and add chopped spring onion. Give everything a good stir.
  9. Cover it for 15-20 minutes or until pasta and chicken become tender. Stir it 1-2 times within this period.
  10. When pasta and chicken are well cooked add 2 tablespoon of grated cheese.
  11. Give it a good stir and switch off the flame.
  12. Garnish with some chopped spring onion and serve it hot. Enjoy the pasta as dinner or breakfast.

My Tips:

The pasta should be cooked to "al dente" state which means it should be tender but still have a slightly firm bite.
