In any festive time, Rabdi is always a super hit dessert to treat anybody or yourself. But it takes a lot of time to prepare which people don't have in their busy schedule now. Methi paratha is a popular Indian bread specially in north India. Salted Caramel sauce is everyone's favourite sauce which is always hit with any desserts. It can be made very easily at home and for this you don't need much time and many ingredients. It can be made with very less regular ingredients (which are normally available in every home kitchen). So lets go to the recipe. Preparation Time   :   00  minute Cook Time          :  7  minutes Serves              :  8-10  people Ingredients: White  Sugar: 125 gram (1/2 cup) Water: 1 tablespoon Butter: 60 gram Heavy Cream: 3 tablespoon Salt: 1/2 teaspoon How to Make: Take Sugar in a heavy bottom pan. Add Water. Stir it at high flame continuously. When it change the colour (golden brown) due to caramelisation, turn off the heat. Don't stop the stirring at this moment. Add butter and mix.
