Echor Chingri (Raw Jackfruit curry with Prawn)

Today, I am going to share a traditional authentic Bengali recipe i.e. Echor Chingri(Bengali style Raw Jackfruit curry with Prawn). Its a brilliant preparation which goes well with rice or any Indian bread. This recipe is very much perfect for any party. In India, Young jackfruit is treated as vegetarian red meat. I have tried to show the recipe in easy way so that anybody can do it. My personal favourite combination is luchi with echor chingri. Lets go to the recipe. Aam Tel (Sun Dried Raw Mango Pickle in oil)

This is a traditional Bengali mango pickle which is made with freash raw mango. Its a sun  dried raw mango pickle in oil. Being a Bengali, the oil of this pickle is one of the most important ingredient for "Jhalmuri or Muri Makha" ( Spicy Puffed Rice) at my kitchen. This is very popular in my home. One more food which we used to eat with this oil of pickle, i.e. "Panta bhat"(Overnight Fermented Rice). We also like this pickle with paratha, chapati, roti, or steamed rice. Here you should use mustard oil. Lets go to the recipe. Chicken Steak

Chicken steak is very famous continental food which is now very popular in all over the world. If you make this steak easily at home, nothing can better than that. Steak can be made in many different ways. Its don't have any particular recipe. Today I am going to share one of my favourite chicken steak recipe which I usually cook in my kitchen. It can be served with any salads or french fries or mashed potato or grilled/steamed veggies. I personally prefer mashed potatoes with it and today I have served it with my steak. Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potato is a traditional recipe in continental cuisine. It is normally served with any meat/fish steak or with some cooked veggies. Sometimes it can be used as a spread on the bread. It can be served as breakfast with any lean meat. Its very tasty as well as easy to cook in few minutes (if your potatoes are boiled). I like mostly garlic flavoured mashed potatoes. Today I am sharing my style of garlic mashed potatoes recipe. Lets go to the recipe. Raw mango with mustard sauce is a authentic  combination in Bengali cuisine which is tangy & spicy. Here I have made chicken with this lovely gravy. When this chicken gets smokey, It becomes more tasty which makes it innovative. Its very easy to cook. This chicken preparation goes very well with hot steamed rice. Lets go to the recipe.
