Ice Cream Cake




Ice cream cake is a very delicious super easy super tasty dessert which can go in any party. It can be made in various way. This one is the simple way which can be made by anybody very easily. Here I have used two type of ice cream, but single type of  ice  cream with double amount also can be used. This recipe you don't need to pay much time also. Sometimes I make it to use my leftover cake. I think this would be a best use of your leftover cake also. You also can use store bought cake.

Serves            8-10 people



Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Cake Crumb: 2.5 cup
  • Melted Butter: 7 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla Ice cream(Melted): 1.5 cup
  • Chocolate Ice cream(Melted): 1 cup
  • For Garnishing,
    • Choco flakes
    • Chocolate Sauce

How to Make:

  1. Take cake crumb in a mixing bowl. Add butter little by little and mix with crumb. Here butter will act as a binding agent. 
  2. Transfer into a springform cake tin and level the top with a spoon.
  3. Keep it in fridge for 10 minutes to set.
  4. Now Take both of the ice cream in a bowl.
  5. Mix by cut method very gently to give the marble effect. But don't over mix because we don't want it will get mixed completely.
  6. Transfer into cake base.
  7. Cover and keep it in freezer for 4 hours.
  8. After 4 hours, it will get set now. But we need to keep it in room temperature for at least 10 minutes before demould it from the tin as it is hardly frozen now.
  9. Loose the sides with a sharp knife.
  10. Then cut and serve.
  11. Garnish with choco flakes and chocolate sauce or as per your choice.
