Special Mango Lassi | Mango Yogurt Drink | Healthy Beverage | Kesari Elaichi Mango Lassi





Mango lassi is a very famous Indian beverage which is very regular in mango season in every Indian house. Today I am going to share a special mango lassi with my twist which is more flavourful and tasty. Trust me, If you make it, you won't be disappointed. So, I am sure, this recipe is going to be a must try recipe in your kitchen. It is one of the easier & quick beverage recipe which can be served in party also..
Lets go to the recipe.

Serves            2 people

Ingredients:

  • Mango (Peeled & Chopped) ~ 1 Whole
  • Thick yogurt ~ 1 cup
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Milk powder ~ 2 tablespoon
  • Saffron water ~ 2 tablespoon
  • Cardamom Powder ~ 1/2 Teaspoon
  • For Garnishing,
    • Chopped Pistachios
    • Pinch of Cardamom Powder
    • Few Saffron Strands 

How to Make:

  1. Take mango with all other ingredients in a blender jar.
  2. Close the lid and blend until it gets smooth completely.
  3. Pour in the serving glass.
  4. Garnish with chopped pistachios, followed by cardamom powder and saffron strands.
  5. If you need you can add ice cube.

My Tip: 

  • I have made lassi thick as I love it like this. If you need little thin, you can add water or chilled milk in it.
