Healthy Overnight Oats (Two Way) | Weight loss breakfast recipe | No cooking home made healthy breakfast recipe



Do you like healthy as well as quick breakfast recipe? Or looking for a easy healthy diet for weight loss? If yes, this recipe is very perfect for you. You just need few minutes to prepare (no need to cook at all). Make at night and enjoy your ready made healthy breakfast at morning. Breakfast is the most important meal in whole day. So, we can't compromise with nutrition also. These overnight oats are power packed recipe as they are packed with full of vitamins, protein, fiber, ions with low carbohydrate (as Oats contain low carbohydrate compared to any other grains). Serves            1 people(for each type)


Ingredients:

  • For Mixed fruit Oats,
    • Rolled Oats- 1/2 cup
    • Yogurt- 1/4 cup
    • Milk- 1/2 Cup
    • Ground Flax Seeds- 1 tablespoon
    • Chia Seeds- 2 teaspoon
    • Desiccated Coconut- 1 tablespoon
    • Maple Syrup- 2 tablespoon
    • Pomegranate- 2 tablespoon
    • Diced Kiwi- few pieces
    • Diced Plum- few pieces
    • Diced Mango- few pieces
    • Halved Grapes- few pieces
    • Some Diced Fruit for Garnishing
    • Little Desiccated Coconut for Garnishing
  • For Nutty Banana Oats,
    • Rolled Oats- 1/2 cup
    • Yogurt- 1/4 cup
    • Milk- 1/2 Cup
    • Ground Flax Seeds- 1 tablespoon
    • Chia Seeds- 2 teaspoon
    • Cinnamon Powder- 1/4 teaspoon
    • Honey- 1 tablespoon
    • Peanut Butter- 1 tablespoon
    • Chopped Walnut- 5~6 pieces
    • Chopped Almonds- 5~6 pieces
    • Pistachio- 5~6 pieces
    • Sliced Banana- 1 whole
    • For serving, few Chopped Nuts(walnuts, almonds, pistachios)  
    • For serving, some Sliced Banana

How to Make:

  1. For Mixed fruit Oats, 
    • Take all ingredients except fruits in a jar/cup/bowl. 
    • Give it a good mix.
    • Add all fruits in it . Try to submerge them into oats.
    • Close & keep it in fridge for overnight .
    • Next morning  take out from fridge.
    • Garnish with fruit.
    • Sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top.
    • Ready to serve.
  2. For Nutty Banana Oats,
    • Take all ingredients except banana & nuts in a jar/cup/bowl.
    • Give a well stir. 
    • Add banana slices and nuts into it. Again give a good mix.
    • Close & keep it in fridge for overnight.
    • Next morning  take out from fridge.
    • Garnish with banana & nuts and then ready to serve.
  3. Enjoy the overnight oats chilled or microwave for 40 sec to 1 minute before garnish.

My Tip: 


  • You can use any fruits as per your availability for mixed fruit one.
  • Feel free to use any nuts as per your choice for nutty one.

  • Note: 


  • Oats contains a great source of important vitamins , minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Oat helps to loose weight, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of heart diseases. Oats may help to relieve constipation also.
  • Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium. 
  • Flax seeds are good sources of omega-3 fats, lignans & fiber.
