Caramel Filled White Chocolate | Caramel Centered Chocolate | Soft Centered White Chocolate




From kids to old, all age group loves to have some chocolate. It's just divine when the white chocolate is a soft centered with dark caramel. It can be made very easily at home. If you gift your handmade chocolate to your loved one, it will be the best gift. So, make and surprise you beloved one in this valentines day or any special day. Lets go to the recipe.

Preparation Time : 10 minutes

Cook Time       : 7 minutes

How to Make:

  1. Take chopped chocolate in a heat resistant bowl.
  2. Now take some water in a vessel and bring it to just boil.
  3. When bubble starts, lower the flame and put chocolate bowl on the vessel. But make sure water should not touch the chocolate bowl. This process is called double boiler process. But you can also do it in microwave[30 seconds to 1 minutes]
  4. Now when chocolate starts to get melted, stir with a spoon until completely smooth.
  5. When its done, then turn off the flame but keep the chocolate bowl on hot water bowl. It will help to keep chocolate melted during your work.
  6. Now take a chocolate mould (I have used silicon mould) and pour little chocolate in each. Then spread chocolate with a spoon in mould wall to make the shell.
  7. Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes to set.
  8. Then add little caramel filling into the chocolate shell.
  9. Cover with melted chocolate.
  10. Tap for few times to remove the air bubble. 
  11. Scrape out the excess chocolate to make it even.
  12. Fridge it for 2 hour to set completely.
  13. When it is set, take out from mould. If you are using silicon mould , it is very easy to take out by pushing from back.
  14. Finally, decorate with chocolate pen or as per your choice. It is completely optional.
