Its a perfect protein & veggie diet recipe. When I am in diet, this is one of my must have daily recipe because I love this salad. But sometimes I have this in a small portion also as my sides with any normal diet. This can be your perfect sides or starter in any special dinner/party. Lets, go to the recipe. Today I am sharing a healthy quick (basically no cook) breakfast/brunch/lunch box recipe. It completely kids friendly. This sandwich, you can eat if you are in diet. It is healthy as well as nutritious also. You don't need time for cooking. Just need little preparation and make your own meal box under 10 minutes. Lets, go to the recipe. Preparation Time   :   10  minutes Cook Time          :  00  minutes Serves              :   2  people Ingredients: For dressing, Hang Curd- 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste Salt to taste Vegetable, Grated Carrots- 1/4 cup Chopped Tomato- 1/2 of a large Chopped Onion- 1 tablespoon Chopped Capsicum- 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Chilli- 1 small Chopped Lettuce- 1/4 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves- 1 tablespoon Brown bread- 4 slices How to Make: Take all ingredients for dressing in a bowl. Malpua is a famous Indian festive dessert. In India, People usually make it in Holi (Festival of Colour), Diwali (Festival of Light)  or in any special occasion. Its a deep fried sweet dish soaked in syrup. Malpua can be different types like basic Malpua, Coconut/Narkeli Malpua, Mawa/ khirer Malpua, Chenna Mulpua and so on. All are the variation of Basic Malpua. All are awesome. When we make it for any special occasion, I would always like to make any special variation among them(Not the basic one). Today I am sharing a special Bengali style mutton recipe where onion & garlic can't be used (as Bengali considered them(Onion & Garlic) as non veg). Actually this is the recipe of "Sacrificial Goat" famous in "Kali Puja". In some places in West Bengal, still there is a ritual to sacrifice the goat in kali puja. This meat is cooked without onion & garlic and considered as "Vegetarian Meat". It is traditionally served with Basanti Pulao/Any Bengali Pulao. Lets go to the recipe.
