Today I am sharing a healthy quick (basically no cook) breakfast/brunch/lunch box recipe. It completely kids friendly. This sandwich, you can eat if you are in diet. It is healthy as well as nutritious also. You don't need time for cooking. Just need little preparation and make your own meal box under 10 minutes.

Serves : 2 people
Ingredients:
- For dressing,
- Hang Curd- 4 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise- 1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest- 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable,
- Grated Carrots- 1/4 cup
- Chopped Tomato- 1/2 of a large
- Chopped Onion- 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Capsicum- 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Green Chilli- 1 small
- Chopped Lettuce- 1/4 cup
- Chopped Coriander Leaves- 1 tablespoon
- Brown bread- 4 slices
How to Make:
- Take all ingredients for dressing in a bowl. Mix well to make it even.
- Add all veggies one by one. Give a good mix to make a stuffing for sandwich.
- Take bread. Discard the sides. [Save it for breadcrumb].
- Spread stuffing on two breads. Close with another two breads.
- Cut into triangles to bite easily.
- You can pack it for lunch box or eat as a healthy breakfast.
My Tip:
- Here I have used brown bread to make it healthy. But you can use any bread as per your choice.
- Mayonnaise is optional here. You can avoid it.
- Veggies can be added as per choice.
- You can serve it with Green Chutney or Tomato ketchup.
