Smoothie is always one of the easiest healthy breakfast solution for me. When I don't have time to cook anything, I just take some healthy fruits / veggies with oats and make smoothie. Here , you are going to get two different smoothie recipe. Both are very healthy and perfect for weight loose.  Lets go to the recipe. Everyone knows not only oats has lots of health benefit , but also it helps to reduce extra body weight , blood pressure & cholesterol level. When I was in diet, oats was one of my daily food intake. Oats can be consumed in many way. Here , I am sharing the porridge recipe(in two way). Normally it is a sweet dish, but here I have made one savoury porridge also for them who don't like sweet taste. Lets go to the recipe. Its a perfect protein & veggie diet recipe. When I am in diet, this is one of my must have daily recipe because I love this salad. But sometimes I have this in a small portion also as my sides with any normal diet. This can be your perfect sides or starter in any special dinner/party. Lets, go to the recipe. Today I am sharing a healthy quick (basically no cook) breakfast/brunch/lunch box recipe. It completely kids friendly. This sandwich, you can eat if you are in diet. It is healthy as well as nutritious also. You don't need time for cooking. Just need little preparation and make your own meal box under 10 minutes. Lets, go to the recipe. Preparation Time   :   10  minutes Cook Time          :  00  minutes Serves              :   2  people Ingredients: For dressing, Hang Curd- 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste Salt to taste Vegetable, Grated Carrots- 1/4 cup Chopped Tomato- 1/2 of a large Chopped Onion- 1 tablespoon Chopped Capsicum- 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Chilli- 1 small Chopped Lettuce- 1/4 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves- 1 tablespoon Brown bread- 4 slices How to Make: Take all ingredients for dressing in a bowl. Malpua is a famous Indian festive dessert. In India, People usually make it in Holi (Festival of Colour), Diwali (Festival of Light)  or in any special occasion. Its a deep fried sweet dish soaked in syrup. Malpua can be different types like basic Malpua, Coconut/Narkeli Malpua, Mawa/ khirer Malpua, Chenna Mulpua and so on. All are the variation of Basic Malpua. All are awesome. When we make it for any special occasion, I would always like to make any special variation among them(Not the basic one).
