This recipe is completely milk based. So, lets go for the recipe. Preparation Time : 00 minutes Cook Time : 10 minutes Serves : 5 people Ingredients: Evaporated Milk- 500 gram Condensed Milk- 397 ml (1 tin) Green Cardamom Powder- 1/2 teaspoon Pinch of Saffron For garnishing Pistachios(blanched)- 12-15 pieces Few saffron strings How to Make: Take evaporated milk and condensed milk in a heavy bottom pan. Mix well. Now keep cooking in low heat until the cream layer is formed on top. In between stirring is must in a few seconds int
