Plum Date Chutney | Zero Oil Chutney | Sweet & Sour Plum Chutney
It is a easy "Zero Oil" sweet & sour chutney where I have used some Indian spices those make it really flavourful. As it is a Zero oil recipe, You can consider it as a healthy recipe. It can be used in chat or use as dip for fries. I also like to have this chutney with rice & dal, Khichdi, roti, paratha etc. Preparation Time : 10 minutes Cook Time : 50 minutes Serves : 15 people Ingredients: Fresh Plum- 500 gram Sugar- 3/4 cup Salt to taste Chilli Flakes- 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt- 1/2 teaspoon Grated ginger- 1 inch Dates(Chopped & Seeded)- 8~10 pieces Lemon Zest- 1 teaspoon Vinegar- 1 tablespoon Roasted Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg Powder- 1/4 teaspoon How to Make: Take the washed plum.
